At Sionix, we have created a wave in the water world.

We've redesigned how water and wastewater are treated, and developed ways to do it faster and more efficiently, for less money and in less space.

Unwanted elements disappear with air.

Our systems use proven Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) technology. Using ordinary air under pressure, the systems produce microscopic bubbles that adhere to suspended particles in water. The bubbles force the particles to the surface, where they are then skimmed off.

Upwards of 99.5% of suspended particles and biological agents are removed, at sizes down to 1 micron.

The systems provide an absolute barrier against contamination by bacterial and parasitic organisms, including Cryptosporidium, Giardia lamblia, and E. coli. Also, these systems do not produce dangerous disinfection byproducts like Trihalomethanes (THM’s).

Until now, these accomplishments weren’t possible. The best treatment facilities are only able to remove particles larger than 3 to 4 microns.
